Here is a good desktop and monitor, order however many you need. Since you guys are hooked up to the server and joined to a domain you have to use Windows PRO edition instead of Home, which is why the price is a little higher.

They are decent machines and come with an onsite warranty if needed. Once they arrive, you can just have an employee plug them in and give me a call. Here are two laptop recommendations for you guys from Amazon. The left is a windows machine while the right is a refurbished MacBook air.

I couldn’t find a competitively priced ipad on Amazon. You could also look into a Kindle fire, which is an amazon branded alternative to an iPad. If you want a tablet it should be suitable for you guys.
